How many photos are included?

You will receive 25-45 web-sized images per look for use on internet platforms.

How long is my headshot session?

The length of your shoot will depend on the number of looks you have scheduled. For reference, we allot up to 90 minutes for a typical two-look session.

When can I expect to receive my images?

Your web-sized images will be available for download via online gallery within three business days.

Question 5

How many retouched images will I receive?

Accepted Answer

Except for special packages or bonuses, retouching is not included and will need to be purchased separately. Retouched images are custom color-balanced, sized for printing, and profiled for press. Delivery is typically up to seven days.

Where are you located?

My studio is centrally located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Sessions are by appointment only.

Do you shoot indoors or outdoors?

Your shoot takes place inside my climate-controlled New Smyrna Beach studio using flash photography. No stress about weather, humidity, or changing light.

Question 9

What defines a "look"?

Accepted Answer

A look is one outfit paired with one backdrop.

Small adjustments, such as adding or removing a jacket, do not count as a new look if you'd just like a handful of additional images. However, if you're looking to fully explore both options with the same variety of expressions and shooting time, it would be considered an additional look and priced accordingly.

What is your booking/cancellation policy?

A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure a session and applies toward the cost of your photoshoot. To reschedule a session, a seven day notice must be given, or the reservation fee will be forfeited.

Do you offer professional hair and makeup?

Accepted Answer

At this time, hair and makeup services are not directly included, but I am actively curating a referral list of trusted professionals who excel at polished, natural on-camera looks. My goal is to connect clients with artists who understand modern casting and headshot industry standards.

Question 12

Can I bring my own hair/makeup artist?

Accepted Answer

If you hire a hair and/or makeup artist for your session, you may bring them with you for touch-ups so long as you arrive camera ready having done hair/makeup in advance and not upon arrival. Time and space for the initial hair styling and makeup application is not included with your session, only for touch ups in-between.

**Important: Please inform the makeup artist that the photoshoot involves flash photography so that they may choose cosmetics that minimize the risk of excessive shine or flashback effect.
